About Us


iFAST Financial Pte Ltd, is Singapore's premier financial adviser platform for more than 50 independently-owned financial advisory companies (IFAs) and financial institutions, and over 2,500 financial adviser representatives.

iFAST Financial Pte Ltd provide a comprehensive range of services including investment administration, research, investment training, IT services, and backroom functions to IFAs and financial institutions. In addition, these companies have access to a wide range of investment products via iFAST Financial Pte Ltd.

iFAST Financial is a holder of the Capital Markets Services Licence and Financial Adviser's Licence by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and is a CPFIS - registered Investment Administrator (IA). iFAST Financial is licensed by MAS to conduct the following regulated activities:

- Advising others,

  • either directly or through publications or writings, or
  • by issuing or promulgating research analyses or research reports and whether in electronic, print or other form, concerning the following investment products:
    • Life policies
    • Securities other than collective investment schemes
    • Collective investment schemes

- Marketing of any collective investment scheme

- Arranging of any contract of insurance in respect of life policies

21 Nov 2008 iFAST Corporation clinched 2nd position in the Enterprise 50 Awards 2008, improving from the 9th position in 2007. This event has been jointly organized by KPMG and Business Times.
20 Oct 2008 iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd launches iFAST Platform services for Corporate Unit Trust Advisers (CUTAs) in Malaysia.
19 Aug 2008 iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd launches Fundsupermart.com in Malaysia.
24 Jul 2008 iFAST Financial (HK) Limited launches the B2B arm of the business - iFAST platform services in Hong Kong.
01 Jul 2008 iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd attained the CMS Licence, awarded by Securities Commission Malaysia. This licence enables iFAST Capital to carry out the businesses in Malaysia.
07 Apr 2008 iFAST Corporation entered into a joint-venture with Deutsche Bank Group's asset management division for expanding its unit trusts distribution business to India. iFAST Corp owns majority shareholdings and management control of the India operation.
23 Nov 2007 iFAST Corporation clinched 9th position in the prestigious E50 Award, organized by Accenture and the Business Times.
19 Nov 2007 iFAST Corporation entered into Join Venture agreement with OSK Investment Bank Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of OSK Holdings Bhd, listed in Bursa Malaysia) to prepare for its entry into the Malaysia market. iFAST Corp owns majority shareholdings and management control of the Malaysia operation.
30 Jul 2007 iFAST Financial (HK) Limited commences operations and Fundsupermart.com Hong Kong was launched.
30 Mar 2007 iFAST Financial (HK) Limited obtains operating licences (Type 1 & 4) from the Securities & Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong.
08 Jul 2006 Fundsupermart.com launches Chinese website.
01 Dec 2005 iFAST Financial Pte Ltd hits S$1 billion in Assets Under Administration (AUA).
07 Mar 2003 Hong Leong Finance (HLF) signed a pact with Fundsupermart.com (FSM) to distribute our range of unit trusts to HLF's clients via our online portal. iFAST Network - a division of Fundsupermart.com then - was to provide HLF with the IT platform to perform unit trust transactions as well as our up-to-date research views.
11 Sep 2000 Fundsupermart Holdings Pte Ltd was incorporated. It was renamed iFAST Corporation Pte Ltd on 26 Mar 2003.
10 Jan 2000 Fundsupermart.com Pte Ltd was incorporated. It was renamed iFAST Financial Pte Ltd on 11 April 2003.
