Insurance Operation Administrator
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our insurance administration business. You will be trained to use and manage our proprietary insurance management system. You will play an important administrator role to ensure the smooth processing of documentation, tracking and updating of all information about insurance transactions and client information. You will support our business partners (financial advisers or financial institutions) by answering to their inquiry about client accounts, insurance transactions and other business information. You will generate business reports, routine or otherwise, specially requested by our business partners.
Scope of responsibilities
Maintain information about insurance companies, insurance products and products commission information in the system.
Enter data, process routine insurance transactions and update/maintain the accuracy and completeness of information entered into the insurance management system.
Establish, maintain and update files and records of (i) insurance transactions and documentation for records and audit purposes, and (ii) other essential business information for retrieval and reference
Communicate with financial advisers and insurance companies regarding incomplete information or documentation. Gather, track and update such information/documentation in the insurance management system
Prepare standard and ad hoc insurance sales, commission and transaction reports as routine deliverables to our business partners
Work closely with in-house information technology colleagues to continue to improve the insurance management system to meet internal or external business needs
Work in special projects, as needed
Perform other duties as required
Requirements
Good organizing abilities and basic communication skills
Good with numbers and attention to details
Energetic with a sense of urgency and quick pace
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Spreadsheet
Minimum diploma or tertiary education
Relevant working experience in insurance, finance or banking environment preferred
Knowledge of insurance products will be an advantage
Sales Executive
Scope of responsibilities
Market financial planning and CRM software to financial advisors
Conduct training workshops to financial advisors
Provide excellent after-sales support
Formulate sales strategies
Requirements
Diploma, preferably in Banking & Finance or with insurance background
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Sales experience will be an added advantage
